T Visa for Victims of Human Trafficking
Freedom. Justice. A Path Forward.
At Vasquez Law Firm, we stand with survivors of human trafficking. If you were brought to or kept in the U.S. through force, fraud, or coercion for labor or commercial sex, you may qualify for a T Visa—a humanitarian immigration benefit that offers protection, stability, and hope.
What Is a T Visa?
The T Visa provides immigration relief to victims of human trafficking who:
- Are or were a victim of severe trafficking in persons
- Are physically present in the U.S. as a result of the trafficking
- Have complied with reasonable requests from law enforcement (if 18 or older)
- Would suffer extreme hardship if removed from the U.S.
T Visa holders may receive work authorization, protection from deportation, and a path to a green card after 3 years.
Derivative T Visas may be available for qualifying family members (spouse, children, parents, or siblings in certain cases).
How We Help
We provide trauma-informed legal guidance in these sensitive cases:
- Help identify if you qualify under T Visa guidelines
- Prepare and file Form I-914 (Application for T Nonimmigrant Status)
- Assist with law enforcement certifications and supporting evidence
- File derivative applications for family members
- Apply for adjustment of status (green card) after T Visa approval
We listen. We believe you. And we will fight to protect your future.
